1. 照片拼图软件以下简称为“本App”为我们所运营的为您提供照片拼图、美化等服务的工具。
（1）我们有权根据法律法规、国家标准及业务运营之需要适时修改本协议。如果本协议发生变更的，我们将在本App中公布更新后的协议。该等变更行为不视为我们违反本协议之约定。如您在本协议修改后继续使用本App，即表示您已充分阅读、理解并同意修改后的协议，愿意受修改后协议的约束；如您不同意修改后的协议，请立即停止使用本App。
（2）除本协议以外，我们已经发布的或将来可能发布的有关我们向您提供产品或服务的协议、服务规则、政策、须知等内容，均视为本协议的补充协议，作为本协议不可分割的组成部分，与本协议具有同等法律效力。请您及时关注并阅读前述相关补充协议。相关补充协议的部分或全部条款被认定无效的，不影响其它协议或协议条款的效力。
1. 您在使用本App时可能需要注册一个账户，或者使用我们认可的第三方账户登录，否则我们有权拒绝向您提供服务。
2. 账户注册条件：
（1）如您为成年人（即18周岁以上）、法人或其他组织，您应具有完全民事行为能力；
（2）如果您不具备完全民事行为能力，您在注册、使用本App前，应事先取得监护人的同意。特别的，如您为未成年人（即未满18周岁，下同），还应遵守本协议有关未成年人使用条款的规定。
（3）如您不符合上述任一条件，请您立即停止注册或使用本App提供的服务，否则本App有权随时暂停或终止您的用户资格。
3. 完成注册：
（（1）您应当按照注册页面的提示，提供真实、完整、准确的信息，您不得使用他人的信息注册账户或向本App提供其他的虚假信息。
（2）本App的所有权归我们所有，您完成申请注册后，仅获得账户的使用权。
4. 信息真实性保证：
（1）如发现您以虚假或不实信息骗取注册，我们有权不经通知单方采取限期改正、删除资料、限制或暂停使用、冻结或注销账户并终止对您提供部分或全部服务等措施。
（2）您应及时更正不实信息，更新、完善您的相关信息。
（3）如您未及时更正、更新信息导致本App无法按协议约定向您提供服务，或导致您在使用本App产品或服务过程中产生任何损失，应由您自行承担。
（4） 本App对以上原因造成的服务暂停、终止不承担任何责任，您应当承担一切不利后果。如因此给本App造成损失的，您应当承担相应的责任。
1. 您应当妥善保管自己的账号、密码及其他有效识别信息。因您个人原因导致的账号、密码或其他有效识别信息泄露、丢失或账号和密码被窃取、篡改等导致的一切损失，由您自行承担。您须对使用账号、密码所采取的一切行为负责，我们不承担任何责任。
2. 如您发现账号、密码被他人冒用或盗用，请立即以有效方式通知我们，要求我们暂停服务。我们在采取行动的合理期限内，不对您的损失承担任何责任。
3. 您不得将账号、密码以及部分或全部的账户权益转让、出售、出租、出借或分享给他人。如因您将账号、密码以及部分或全部的账户权益转让、出售、出租、出借或分享给他人，导致侵犯或可能侵犯我们的合法权益或者第三方的个人信息、隐私权等其他合法权益，我们有权不经通知而限制、冻结、注销您的账户，暂停或终止向您提供本协议项下的部分或全部服务，且无需对为此承担任何责任。
4. 通过您的账户制作、分享的任何信息或作出的任何行为都将视为您本人的行为，您应对该账户下发生所有行为负全部责任。
5. 请您在申请注销手机号或邮箱，或者手机号、邮箱因其他原因被注销的时候，及时更新扫描本App账号绑定的手机号或邮箱信息。如因您不及时更新本App账号绑定的手机号或邮箱信息而导致用户数据泄露或其他个人权益受损，本App不承担任何责任。
1. 我们给予您一项不可转让、可撤销及非排他性的许可，以使用我们的软件及服务。除另有书面约定，您仅可以为非商业目的在相应的终端设备上安装、使用、运行我们的软件及服务。
2. 您可以直接从我们的网站上获取我们的软件，也可以从得到我们授权的第三方处获取。如果您从未经我们授权的第三方获取我们的软件或与该等软件名称相同的安装程序，我们无法保证该软件能够正常使用，并对因此给您造成的损失不予负责。
3. 请您正确使用本App，如您使用本APP，关于具体功能和操作方法有疑问的情况下，您可以直接联系我们，以获取必要的帮助：support@wimnswnp.cn。因您设置或操作不当造成的损失由您自行承担。
4. 您理解并同意，您不得利用本App传播含有如下内容的信息：
（1）反对中华人民共和国宪法所确定的基本原则的；
（2）危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
（3）损害国家荣誉和利益的；
（4）歪曲、丑化、亵渎、否定英雄烈士事迹和精神，以侮辱、诽谤或者其他方式侵害英雄烈士的姓名、肖像、名誉、荣誉的；
（5）宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义或者煽动实施恐怖活动、极端主义活动的；
（6）煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；
（7）破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
（8）散布谣言，扰乱经济秩序和社会秩序的；
（9）散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
（10）侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人名誉、隐私和其他合法权益的；
（11）法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容。
我们有权基于单方独立判断，在认为可能发生危害国家安全、公共安全、社会公共利益、我们或第三方合法权益等情形时，不经通知而限制、冻结、注销您的账户，暂停或终止向您提供本协议项下的部分或全部服务，并将您的相关数据删除，且无需对您承担任何责任。该等情形包括但不限于：
（1）您为注册账户而提供的信息不具有真实性、完整性或准确性，包括但不限于盗用他人证件信息注册等；
（2）将账户转让、出售、出租、出借或分享给他人使用；
（3）盗取或非法访问、滥用其他用户账户或账户内的信息；
（4）删除我们的产品所有关于著作权的信息，对我们的产品或服务进行反向工程、反向汇编、反向编译，或者以其他方式尝试发现软件源代码；
（5）对我们的产品进行商业性复制、更改、修改、挂接运行，或制作任何衍生作品或产品，使用插件、外挂或非经授权的工具接入、干扰、影响我们的产品或服务；
（6）限制、禁止或通过其它方法干扰、影响他人使用本App，或干扰网络的正常运行，如发布或传输以下性质的任何信息或软件：包含蠕虫、病毒或其它有害功能，或生成的流量级别可能妨碍其他人使用、发送或检索信息；
（7）通过网络爬虫或其他自动方式访问或尝试访问我们的产品或服务；
（8）对我们的产品或服务相关信息内容等数据进行商业性使用、出租、出借、复制、修改、链接、转载、汇编、发表、出版、建立镜像站点等；
（9）出于恶意进行的任何操作，或可能损害针对我们的产品或服务的任何评级或评论，以及任何可能影响我们的产品或服务完整性或准确性的任何行为；
（10）侵犯或可能侵犯我们或任何第三方的知识产权、个人信息、隐私权或其他合法权益；
（11）从事违反法律或本协议的其他行为。
您使用本App发送、上传的任何内容（包括但不限于文档图片、文档信息或其他信息等，以下简称“内容”），无论是公开还是私下传送，均由您承担责任，您保证已拥有必要授权上传内容，不得侵犯他人的知识产权、个人信息、隐私权等合法权益。若因您的行为导致我们受到损失（包括但不限于损害赔偿、律师费），您同意对该损失承担全部赔偿责任。我们保留依法对内容进行审核、屏蔽、删除的权利或终止服务的权利。
如您在使用本App的过程中，违反法律的规定或本协议的任何约定，导致我们、其他用户或任何第三方损失，您应当承担全部的责任，我们不为此承担任何责任。
1. 我们的某些产品或服务是以收费方式提供的，您要购买或充值后才能使用。请您在下单前，仔细确认所购的会员种类、服务名称、价格、数量等订单信息。
2. 当您提交订单信息并成功支付相应价款时，您与本App关于该产品或服务的买卖合同成立并生效。在合同成立并生效之前，您与本App皆有权取消该服务的订单。
3. 本App可能根据实际需要对收费服务的收费标准、方式进行修改和变更。我们通过线上提供的产品或服务价格随时可能变更，本App不对产品或服务的降价或促销提供价格保护或退款。
4. 尽管本App会尽最大可能保障所展示的产品或服务价格的准确性，但由于系统故障、人为失误等各种因素均可能导致价格显示异常。如因上述情形造成的产品或服务的价格异常，导致本App继续履行合同显失公平的，我们有权根据具体情况与您协商一致后，解除合同并返还您已支付的价款。
5. 自动续订规则
（1）我们的应用程序在提供订阅时清楚地显示所有订阅相关信息，包括免费试用的长度以及免费试用后自动续订订阅的价格/持续时间。
请注意，试用期始终免费。如果您未在试用期结束前 24 小时取消试用或重新签署试用期，则可能会向您收取费用。
（2）订阅费用将通过您在 App Store 绑定的 Apple ID 账户进行收取。
（3）在当前订阅周期到期前的 24 小时内，Apple 会自动从您的账户中扣除下一周期的订阅费用。
（4） 续订成功后，新的订阅周期将自动生效。
6.取消自动续订
（1）您可随时在 iOS 设备的「设置」→「Apple ID」→「订阅」中管理或取消自动续订服务。
（2）如您在当前订阅周期到期前 24 小时前未取消，订阅将自动续订至下一个周期。
（3）取消自动续订后，您已支付的订阅周期内的服务仍可继续使用，直至该周期结束。
1. 您了解并同意，使用本App时相关信息将存储于您的终端设备中，占用您终端设备的存储空间。
2. 您应根据需要选择在使用本服务时是否设定密码以保护信息安全。
3. 如果您登录您的账户并使用本App，则您同意导入的信息将会存储于本App的服务器中。
4. 您在登录状态下使用本App时，如果直接修改终端设备中的信息，该信息可能将会按照最后修改的结果在终端设备和服务器之间同步。在您临时用非本人所有的终端设备使用本服务时，请及时退出登录，并注意对您的设置进行必要调整以免泄漏您或他人的个人信息和隐私。
5. 如果您不慎删除终端设备账户内的信息而导致信息丢失的，您可以访问本App网站登录账户以恢复您的信息，但我们并不保证您一定能够恢复您的信息。
6. 尽管本App将采取必要措施依法存储您的数据并对其加以保护，我们提醒您仍应通过其他方式自行备份您的数据，我们无法对您未成功存储或自行删除的数据负责。
1. 如您的账户存在以下情形，本App有权注销您的账户：
（1） 您的行为违反法律规定或本协议的约定；
（2） 基于法律规定或国家有权的机关的要求；
2. 如您向本App提出账户注销申请，当您的账户符合以下条件，经本App审核通过即可注销账户：
（1） 账户处于正常状态，不涉及任何纠纷或争议（包括投诉举报或被投诉举报），且未被有权机关采取限制措施；
（2） 账户内无未完成的交易；
（3） 账户内不存在其他未了结的权利义务（即账户内无余额且无任何尚未到期服务或权益）或因注销账户而产生纠纷的情况；
（4） 其他可能影响账户注销的情况。
3. 如您需要注销账户，应发送邮件至support@wimnswnp.cn提出注销申请，经过本App审核通过后，予以注销。自账户注销后，本App会及时通过您预留的邮箱、短信等方式通知您。
4. 在账户注销过程中，如果您的账户涉及纠纷或争议，包括但不限于投诉、举报、诉讼、仲裁、国家有权机关调查等，本App有权中止或终止您账户的注销程序而无需另行得到您的同意。
5. 您已充分理解并同意，账户注销后，您将无法再继续使用本App提供的服务，不再拥有账户相关的权益。法定期限届满后，账户相关的内容或数据将被删除或匿名化，且无法恢复。
6. 因注销账户所带来的不便或不利后果，由您自行承担。
本App重视对用户信息的保护。《隐私政策》呈现了本App将如何收集、使用、保存、共享及保护您的信息，详情请参阅《隐私政策》。
1. 本App将按现有技术水平，尽力保障本App服务的正确、持续、及时和安全，但我们对无法合理预知和不可控制的意外风险（如计算机病毒、木马或其他恶意程序、黑客攻击，设备、系统、硬件软件和通信线路故障、自然灾害等）、产品技术瑕疵、服务的稳定性以及由此产生的任何损失或损害不作任何形式的保证，亦不负任何赔偿责任，但法律另有规定的除外。
2. 我们的产品或服务可能会不时提供更新，您可以自主选择是否接受更新；如果您选择不更新，我们不保证向您提供最新的服务，由此可能带来的任何损失由您自行承担。
3. 在适用法律允许的范围内，本App有权随时自行决定暂停、终止、修改服务，或对部分用户暂停、终止、修改服务，且毋须另行通知。
4. 本App可能会包含至第三方平台或应用的链接、应用程序编程接口或软件开发工具包，本App提供该等链接的目的仅在于向您提供方便，本App对此不作任何保证，亦不代表本App对该等第三方、其产品及服务的任何推荐、支持或授权，您应当自行甄别并自担风险。您在使用上述第三方的任何产品和服务时，应当了解并接受该等第三方的条款和规则。
5. 因您自身的原因导致的任何损失或责任，由您自行负责，本App不承担责任。本App不承担责任的情形包括但不限于：
（1） 您未按照本协议或本App不时公布的任何规则进行操作导致的任何损失或责任；
（2） 您未向本App提供正确的联络方式，未能及时收到本App相关通知导致的任何损失或责任；
（3） 其他因您自身原因导致的任何损失或责任。
如果您是未成年人用户，并希望使用本App，请征得您的监护人的同意，并在您的监护人的指导、监督下使用。此外，您的监护人有责任帮助您正确理解本协议、《隐私政策》以及其它相关法律文件的内容，从而引导您正确使用本App。
特别的，如果您是儿童（即未满14周岁），在使用本App前，还应请您的监护人仔细阅读《隐私保护》。只有在取得监护人对《隐私保护》的同意后，您才可以使用照片拼图软件。
1. 如本协议中的任何条款无论因何种原因部分或全部无效或不具有执行力，本协议的其余条款仍应有效且具有约束力，您和本App均应尽力使该条款设定的本意得到实现。
2. 本协议之效力、解释、变更、执行与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。
3. 因本协议所引起的用户与本App的任何纠纷或争议，双方应尽量友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向本App所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
Important Notice:
Once this Agreement is entered into, it shall be binding between you and us. We hereby solemnly remind you to carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement, especially the content marked in bold. By checking or clicking “Agree” to this Agreement, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please immediately stop registering or using our services.
1. The photo collage software, hereinafter referred to as “this App,” is a tool operated by us to provide you with photo collage and beautification services.
(1) We reserve the right to modify this Agreement from time to time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, national standards, and business operational needs. If this Agreement is amended, we will publish the updated version within the App. Such amendments shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement. If you continue to use the App after any amendments to this Agreement, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the amended Agreement and are willing to be bound by it; if you do not agree to the amended Agreement, please immediately cease using the App.
(2) In addition to this Agreement, any agreements, service rules, policies, notices, or other content we have published or may publish in the future regarding the products or services we provide to you shall be deemed supplementary agreements to this Agreement, constituting an integral part of this Agreement and having the same legal effect as this Agreement. Please promptly review and read the aforementioned supplementary agreements. If any part or all of the terms of the supplementary agreements are deemed invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of other agreements or agreement terms.
1. You may need to register an account or log in using a third-party account recognized by us when using this App; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse to provide services to you.
2. Account registration requirements:
(1) If you are an adult (i.e., 18 years of age or older), a legal person, or an organization, you must have full civil capacity;
(2) If you do not possess full civil capacity, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian prior to registering or using this App. Specifically, if you are a minor (i.e., under 18 years of age, as defined herein), you must also comply with the provisions of this Agreement regarding the use of this App by minors.
(3) If you do not meet any of the above conditions, please immediately cease registration or use of the services provided by this App; otherwise, this App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your user status at any time.
3. Completing Registration:
(1) You must provide true, complete, and accurate information in accordance with the prompts on the registration page. You may not use another person's information to register an account or provide any other false information to this App.
(2) This App is owned by us. After completing the registration application, you only obtain the right to use the account.
4. Guarantee of Information Accuracy:
(1) If we discover that you have obtained registration through false or misleading information, we reserve the right to take measures such as requiring you to correct the information within a specified timeframe, deleting your data, restricting or suspending your use of the App, freezing or canceling your account, and terminating the provision of all or part of the services to you, without prior notice.
(2) You must promptly correct any inaccurate information and update and complete your relevant information.
(3) If you fail to promptly correct or update your information, resulting in this App being unable to provide services to you in accordance with the agreement, or causing any losses during your use of this App's products or services, you shall bear full responsibility.
(4) This App shall not be liable for any service suspension or termination caused by the above reasons, and you shall bear all adverse consequences. If this causes losses to this App, you shall bear corresponding responsibility.
1. You must properly safeguard your account, password, and other valid identification information. Any losses resulting from the leakage, loss, theft, or tampering of your account, password, or other valid identification information due to personal reasons shall be borne solely by you. You are solely responsible for all actions taken using your account and password, and we shall not be liable for any such actions.
2. If you discover that your account or password has been misused or stolen by others, please immediately notify us in a valid manner and request that we suspend the service. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred during the reasonable period required for us to take action.
3. You may not transfer, sell, rent, lend, or share your account, password, or any part or all of your account rights with others. If you transfer, sell, rent, lend, or share your account, password, or any part or all of your account rights to others, resulting in the infringement or potential infringement of our legitimate rights and interests or the personal information, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of third parties, we have the right to restrict, freeze, or cancel your account without notice, suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the services under this Agreement to you, and shall not be liable for any such actions.
4. Any information created or shared, or any actions taken through your account shall be deemed to be your own actions, and you shall be solely responsible for all actions taken under this account.
5. Please promptly update the mobile phone number or email address associated with your account in this App when you apply to cancel your mobile phone number or email address, or when your mobile phone number or email address is canceled for other reasons. If user data leakage or other personal rights are damaged due to your failure to promptly update the mobile phone number or email address associated with your account in this App, this App shall not bear any responsibility.
1. We grant you a non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use our software and services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may only install, use, and run our software and services on the corresponding terminal devices for non-commercial purposes.
2. You may obtain our software directly from our website or from third parties authorized by us. If you obtain our software or an installation program with the same name from an unauthorized third party, we cannot guarantee that the software will function properly, and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result.
3. Please use this App correctly. If you have any questions regarding specific functions or operating methods while using this App, you may contact us directly for assistance: support@wimnswnp.cn. Any losses resulting from improper settings or operations shall be borne by you.
4. You understand and agree that you may not use this App to disseminate information containing the following content:
(1) Content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Content that endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
(3) Content that damages the honor and interests of the state;
(4) Distorting, defaming, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroic martyrs, or infringing upon the names, portraits, reputations, or honors of heroic martyrs through defamation, slander, or other means;
(5) Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting the commission of terrorist or extremist activities;
(6) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Violating national religious policies, promoting cults, or advocating feudal superstitions;
(8) Spreading rumors that disrupt economic or social order;
(9) Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist content, or content that incites criminal activities;
(10) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others' reputations, privacy, or other lawful rights and interests;
(11) Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
We reserve the right, based on our independent judgment, to restrict, freeze, or terminate your account, suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the services under this Agreement to you, and delete your relevant data without notice, when we deem that there may be a risk to national security, public safety, social public interest, or the legitimate rights and interests of us or third parties. We shall not be liable to you in any way. Such circumstances include but are not limited to:
(1) The information you provide for account registration is not true, complete, or accurate, including but not limited to registering using another person's identification information;
(2) Transferring, selling, renting, lending, or sharing your account with others for use;
(3) Stealing or illegally accessing, or abusing other users' accounts or information within such accounts;
(4) Removing all copyright information from our products, reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling our products or services, or attempting to discover the software source code in any other manner;
(5) Commercially reproducing, modifying, altering, or running our products, or creating any derivative works or products, using plugins, add-ons, or unauthorized tools to access, interfere with, or affect our products or services;
(6) Restricting, prohibiting, or otherwise interfering with or affecting others' use of this App, or interfering with the normal operation of the network, such as by posting or transmitting any information or software of the following nature: containing worms, viruses, or other harmful functions, or generating traffic levels that may hinder others from using, sending, or retrieving information;
(7) Accessing or attempting to access our products or services through web crawlers or other automated means;
(8) Commercially using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, or establishing mirror sites for data related to our products or services;
(9) Engaging in any malicious actions, or any actions that may harm any ratings or reviews of our products or services, as well as any actions that may affect the integrity or accuracy of our products or services;
(10) Infringing or potentially infringing upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights, personal information, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests;
(11) Engaging in any other conduct that violates the law or this Agreement.
Any content you send or upload using this App (including but not limited to documents, images, document information, or other information, hereinafter referred to as “Content”), whether publicly or privately transmitted, is your sole responsibility. You warrant that you have the necessary authorization to upload such content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, personal information, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others. If your actions result in losses to us (including but not limited to compensation for damages or attorney's fees), you agree to bear full liability for such losses. We reserve the right to review, block, or delete Content in accordance with the law, or to terminate services.
If, during your use of this App, you violate any provisions of the law or this Agreement, resulting in losses to us, other users, or any third party, you shall bear full responsibility, and we shall not be liable for any such losses.
1、Some of our products or services are provided on a paid basis, and you must purchase or recharge before you can use them. Please carefully confirm the type of membership, service name, price, quantity, and other order information before placing your order.
2、When you submit your order information and successfully pay the corresponding amount, a purchase contract for the product or service between you and this App is established and becomes effective. Before the contract is established and becomes effective, both you and this App have the right to cancel the order for the service.
3、This App may modify or change the pricing standards and methods for paid services as needed. The prices of products or services provided online may change at any time, and this App does not provide price protection or refunds for price reductions or promotions.
4、Although this App will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed for products or services, various factors such as system failures or human errors may cause price display anomalies. If such anomalies result in the price of a product or service being abnormally displayed, and continuing to perform the contract would be manifestly unfair, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and refund the amount you have paid after reaching an agreement with you based on the specific circumstances.
5、Automatic Renewal Rules
(1) Our app clearly displays all subscription-related information when offering subscriptions, including the duration of the free trial and the price/duration of the automatic renewal subscription after the free trial.
Please note that the trial period is always free. If you do not cancel the trial or renew the trial period at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, you may be charged.
(2) Subscription fees will be charged through the Apple ID account linked to your App Store account.
(3) Within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, Apple will automatically deduct the subscription fee for the next period from your account.
(4) After successful renewal, the new subscription period will take effect automatically.
6、Canceling automatic renewal
(1) You can manage or cancel automatic renewal services at any time in the “Settings” → “Apple ID” → “Subscriptions” section on your iOS device.
(2) If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, the subscription will automatically renew for the next period.
(3) After canceling auto-renewal, the services you have paid for within the current subscription period will remain available until the end of that period.

2、You should choose whether to set a password to protect information security when using this service as needed.
3、If you log in to your account and use this App, you agree that the imported information will be stored on this App's servers.
4、When using this App while logged in, if you directly modify information on your terminal device, such information may be synchronized between the terminal device and the server based on the last modification. When using this service on a terminal device that is not your own, please log out promptly and adjust your settings as necessary to prevent the leakage of your or others' personal information and privacy.
5、If you accidentally delete information from your terminal device account and cause data loss, you may log in to your account via the App's website to recover your information; however, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to recover your information.

(3) There are no unresolved rights or obligations within the account (i.e., the account has no balance and no services or benefits that have not yet expired) or situations where disputes arise due to account cancellation;

3、If you need to cancel your account, please contact at support@wimnswnp.cn. After review and approval by this App, the account will be canceled. After the account is closed, this App will promptly notify you via the email address or SMS you have provided.
4、During the account closure process, if your account is involved in any disputes or controversies, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, or investigations by government authorities, this App reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account closure process without further consent from you.
5、You fully understand and agree that after account cancellation, you will no longer be able to use the services provided by this app and will no longer have any rights related to the account. After the statutory period expires, account-related content or data will be deleted or anonymized and cannot be recovered.
6、Any inconvenience or adverse consequences resulting from account cancellation shall be borne by you.
